Contacting your doctor.
Doctors can be contacted during Practice hours. If the doctor is with a patient, the reception staff will take a message and the doctor will endeavour to return your call at his/her earliest convenience. Please advise if your call is urgent and it will be put through to the doctor or Practice Nurse.
Test Results.
Follow up of your Results:
If you require a phone consultation with your doctor, or you need to talk to your doctor over the phone, please advise Reception on (02) 86105770.
Our practice has policies in place for the follow up of your results. A recall and reminder system is in place to ensure continuity of care. For further information, please discuss with your doctor or ask Reception.
Reminders.
We may send SMS reminders or letters offering preventative services appropriate to your care and circumstances, please let Reception know if you wish to opt out of receiving these reminders.
Refusal of Treatment.
Our practice or individual medical and clinical team members have the right to refuse to treat patients in defined circumstances. In these circumstances, our practice ensures arrangements are made for the timely transfer of the patients care to another member of the medical or clinical team in our practice or to another practice.
