Please phone (02) 8610 5770 for an appointment. We encourage you to ask for your preferred time and doctor. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your GP has been called away. Standard appointments are 15 minutes. If you think you will need more than 15 minutes, have more than two issues you would like to discuss or have forms which require completion by the doctor, please ask for a long appointment. Each appointment is for one person. If you have other family members who require medical care, please make a separate appointment for them. Please let us know if you or a family member requires an interpreter service, and we will organise this for your appointment.
We understand that sometimes its is difficult to access healthcare services or you just need a quick consult to ease your concerns, our Doctors are available for a phone or video consultation during our regular consulting times for existing patients.
Home visits may be conducted for eligible patients.
Home visits are available for existing patients whose condition prevents them from attending the Practice. If you would like a home visit, please discuss this with the reception staff and they will speak with a doctor.
We are an accredited mixed billing practice which means specific consultations and medical procedures will acquire a fee where bulk billing cannot be applied. Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, credit card or EFTPOS

Please ask your doctor or respective service provider for more details on fees prior to booking your service Any patient without a Medicare card will be charged our private consult rates, which are $60 for a standard consult and $80 for a long consult.
Out of Pocket costs: There may be out of pocket costs for other services such as pathology, allied health, and specialist services.
Medical Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you require emergency care after hours, please phone National Home Doctor Service 137425(13SICK) You will be instructed to call National Home Doctors if you call us outside of our regular operating hours.
