Registered Nurse
Rachael has been a passionate Registered Nurse since 2016 and has completed a graduate certificate in women’s health. Her clinical expertise ensures our patients receive high-quality, compassionate care across a wide range of medical needs.

Clinical Expertise & Services
Rachael provides a comprehensive suite of nursing services, including:
  • Women’s Health: Specialised cervical screening, Implanon insertion and removal, and women's health support.

  • Preventative Care: Immunisations, travel vaccines, vaccines, and detailed health assessments.

  • Chronic Disease Management: GP management and care plans, including spirometry.

  • Clinical Procedures: Iron infusions, ear syringing, and assistance in minor surgical procedures.

  • Acute Care: Wound care and suture removal.

  • Screenings & Reports: Pathology collection, pre-employment medicals, and urine/drug alcohol screens.

Please note: While consultations are bulk-billed, there may be a charge for consumables used during certain procedures.
Roxanne Tjen 
Registered Nurse & Midwife
Roxy is a Registered Nurse, Midwife, and Celebrant with over 10 years of clinical experience. She is dedicated to supporting families through the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Having previously taught childbirth and parenting classes at a major Sydney hospital, Roxy transitioned into private practice to provide a more personal, compassionate environment where parents can feel heard and empowered.

With a special focus on the postpartum period, Roxy offers practical, evidence-based guidance to help new parents navigate the "fourth trimester" with confidence. Whether she is leading a workshop or providing one-on-one breastfeeding support, her approach is centered on reducing anxiety and helping families thrive during their transition to life with a newborn.
